The TTN Secretariat is hosted by Exploit Technologies of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR)  at Biopolis, the centre of biomedical sciences in Asia and in the world.   Co-located with the TTN Secretariat is the Business Angel Network South East Asia (BANSEA) Secretariat.

Biopolis is located at One-North, Singapore, where Fusionopolis, another state-of-the-art research hub is located within walking distance.

The Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) has research institutions based both at Biopolis and Fusionopolis.  Biopolis houses the Biomedical research institutions and Fusionopolis houses the Science and Engineering research institutions of A*STAR.
