What are the responsibilities of the Founding Members? |
| A: |
The Founding Members will form the Board of the TTN
- To provide leadership by involvement in the form of contribution of expertise and resources to Chair/Co-Chair and/or participate in specific Interest Groups of relevance
- Formulate the ongoing strategic direction of the TTN in consideration of the Charter
- Meet on a bi-monthly basis or quarterly basis as so decided by the Founding Members |

Will new Founding Members be allowed in the future? |

The Board of the TTN will be the deciding body for inclusion of future Founding Members if any. |

What will be the decision process of the Board? |
| A: |
- The Board of the TTN will adopt similar governance procedures of board structures adopting the simple majority for decision making.
- From a posture perspective, as much as possible, decision by consensus will be preferred. |

Are there fees for membership? |
| A: |
There are no fees attached to membership at this juncture. Any decision regarding fee structure will be made by the Board of the TTN. |
