– To develop the execution plan on networking with industry players, both MNCs and SMBs
– Leveraging the existing industry partners of member organisations
• Professional Memberships
– To develop the execution plan and programs for individual professional memberships

2) Commercialization Advisory Services Workgroup
• To discuss ideas and best practices on CAS amongst TTN members
• To develop the execution plan on the offer of CAS to the industry, in particular SMBs, by leveraging on resources of TTN members

3) IP Cluster Mapping Workgroup
• To exchange best practices of how IP Cluster Mapping is done
• To develop the IP Cluster Mapping of TTN partners IP Portfolio
• To explore opportunities of leverage and collaboration

4) Events and Marketing Workgroup
• To leverage the events and marketing plans of TTN members for greater marketing reach
• To explore joint events and marketing opportunities
• To develop a calendar of events and marketing over a 12 months, 24 months horizon

5) Training and Certification Workgroup
• To leverage best practices, training tools and resources of TTN members
• To develop a training and certification roadmap for TTO professionals
• To explore joint training and certification programs to be carried out with TTN partners or by TTN
